§ TC5-1. Commercial vehicle and truck exclusions; weight limits.

A. 

All trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of five (5) tons gross vehicle rating are hereby excluded from the streets and highways or parts thereof in Schedule M.

B. 

All trucks, commercial vehicles and construction vehicles, regardless of size and weight, are hereby excluded from the streets and highways or parts thereof listed in Schedule O.

C. 

The regulations established in subsections A and B above shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property nor the performance of necessary service operations requiring the use of municipal or public utility vehicles along the streets or highways from which such vehicles are otherwise excluded.
